I came across a great video from a YouTube channel called MJ Not Innocent (no longer available). This short video contains one of Square One subjects and Michael Jackson super stan, Jenny Winings, who Danny Wu presents as a credible source, as she is listed on the defence witness list.
One of many things that isn’t mentioned within Square One, is that the defence witness list was a bit of a joke in itself. The defendant (a.k.a. Michael Jackson) provided a list 454 witnesses, of which only 64, gave a statement.
The prosecution stated:
"The defence has provided the people with an unheard list of witness full of unheard witnesses. They have provided no reports or proffer of any kind concerning the testimony of over 300 witnesses. The people therefore move the court to exclude the testimony of all witnesses unless defendant can provide reports; statements or other satisfactory proffer establishing the required preliminary fact question of personal knowledge."

Though Jenny Winings is listed as giving a statement, along with fellow Square One subject, Josephine Zohny, it doesn’t guarantee their credibility, and both were ultimately ignored by Thomas Mesereau and co-. I wonder why?
Another one who was on the defence witness list, and appears just before Jenny Winings at 1:12:50 in Square One is Caroline Fristedt, who claims to have spent the entire day with Gavin Arvizo at Neverland on 19 February 2003. She claims this was the very first day that Gavin and his mother Janet accused Michael Jackson of inappropriate behaviour. However, she made no statement and was essentially legally dismissed as having no personal knowledge of facts relevant to the case.
The short video from MJ Not Innocent is made up of two clips, one naturally from Square One and the other one from a video titled: “The MJCast – Episode 104: June 25th Special with Jenny Winings.”
One thing I picked up on immediately from The MJCast video is that Jenny Winings just before talking about Gavin claims that James Safechuck was lying in Leaving Neverland about the Neverland movie theatre having mirror/one-way glass in the box rooms behind the seating.
Her exact words are:
"So, the theatre was two floors, and they had bedrooms in the theatre with big windows for, you know, disabled children who could not sit up on their own. So, we were going to sleep upstairs in the bedroom. Two people slept in the bed, and two people slept on the floor each side, and we were like okay. What has come out in the past two months, maybe is that James Safechuck said the glass on the windows on the top floor were only one-sided. So, people on the top floor could see down into the theatre and watch the movie, but could not see up into the room from the bottom floor. That is a lie. I remember seeing where we were going to sleep, and there have been hundreds of people who have been in that theatre and have come out and said that's a lie. That glass is not one-way."
However, after less than five minutes of searching I came across a rehearsal video, originally for the Oprah Winfrey interview at Neverland in February, 1993, which takes you on a brief tour of the ranch, including the movie theatre.
At exactly 0.37 seconds a camera is filming from the top tier of the movie theatre directly looking into one of the windows which, unsurprisingly, has a distinctive dark and reflective appearance, and is clearly reflecting lights from the theatre, despite the lights being on within the box room.
Another video which strongly indicates that box rooms had mirror/one-way glass is from Sotheby’s International Realty, who produced a stunning video tour of Neverland Ranch, including the movie theatre. Again, you can see how dark the glass is and how it is reflecting nearby lights.
Now, if Jenny Winings had actually bothered to do a little bit of research, instead of condemning James Safechuck and calling him a liar, she would understand that the science behind mirror/one-way glass is actually quite simple.
Mirror/one-way glass only works when the room with the glass is darker than that of the outside space. If lights are on inside a room, that has mirror/one-way glass, but the outside space is darker, the effects are reversed. It’s simple science.
Here is a prime example. Picture 1 shows one of the box rooms looking straight into the theatre floor with complete clarity, because the lighting is greater within the outside space, than it is within the box room. Picture 2 shows the effect is almost completely reversed because the lighting within the box room is greater than that of the outside space. You can clearly see a distinctive dark and reflective coating on the window.

It is entirely possible that Jenny Winings only ever saw the box rooms, with the lights on, meaning the interior was visible from the theatre floor as the lighting was equal or lower. But the fact is James Safechuck didn’t lie about the box rooms in the movie theatre having mirror/one-way glass. They did.
Moving on
The MJ Not Innocent YouTube Video Titled: “Michael Jackson And Gavin Arvizo Key Details Missing In Square One Interview With Jenny Winings”, Jenny and Danny Wu state the following:
Danny: "In 2005, during the trial you were on the witness list."
Jenny: "Yeah. We were on the witness list because when we stayed Neverland March 9th and 10th, Gavin Arvizo and his brother and sister were with us. And the reason why it was so important, the dates, is because Michael was supposedly abusing him until March 12th and we were there March 9th and 10th."
Danny: "Right, so when you were there."
Jenny: "And that was not happening." [Referring to the abuse].

However, in The MJCast Episode 104, which has a published date of 29 June, 2019, Jenny Winings tells a very different story, one which directly contradicts her statement within Square One.

Jenny Winings: "So, yeah, we just ended up falling asleep in the theatre. Gavin, and his brother, and sister they were there with us the entire time until it was time to go to bed. I do not know where they slept that night. I do not know where Michael slept. I don't know where anybody else slept, but my friends, and me."

After posting a tweet highlighting that Jenny Winings has two very different stories to tell in two separate videos concerning the Arvizo’s family I received a handful of replies from Jenny herself.
I tweeted: "#JennyWinings has two different stories about the Arvizo family, and chose to tell a completely different one in #SquareOneMJ, one which completely contradicts her original claim three months earlier."
Jenny tweeted: "False. I've told my same story for 17 years. This was a small part of what I talked to Danny about since the documentary was mostly about 1993 instead of 2005."
I tweeted: "I've listened to the podcast, and SquareOneMJ, and you say two completely different things. You had absolutely no idea where Gavin or Jackson spent the night, during your ever so brief visit. You also lied about the reflective glass."
Jenny tweeted: "Again, my entire interview with Danny wasn't in the documentary. Gavin, his brother and sister were with us for the entire 3 hr shopping spree, dinner, the amusement park and going to the theater…"
I tweeted: "So, you're saying that Danny Wu didn't publish your entire story, but chose to chop and choose bits that made Jackson look like an angel? Thanks for your honesty."
Jenny tweeted: "Definitely not contradicting myself. If I had told Danny I knew where gavin and MJ slept THEN I would be contradicting myself. But I've never, in 17 years have said that. Thanks for being interested tho."
I tweeted: "Maybe not, if Danny Wu chose under his own will to cut your story short, and only presented a distorted version of events, then that's not your fault, but it does confirm that Square One is nothing more than a wacko story."

To recap. Danny Wu presents Jenny Winings as a credible source who had contact with Gavin and his family at Neverland with her stating that no abuse happened. However, The MJCast video reveals that Jenny had very limited contact with Gavin, so limited that she herself even states via Twitter that she only spent time with Gavin and his siblings on a shopping trip, and a couple of locations around Neverland, such as the theatre. She had no knowledge of Gavin’s and Jackson’s bedtime arrangement or whether he was or wasn’t abused in Jackson’s private quarters. Essentially, she lied in Square One.
Jenny posted a news interview video on her own YouTube channel of herself speaking pre-2005, and again confirms she had no knowledge about Gavin’s and Jackson’s bedtime arrangement, but does try to play down any abuse, by claiming there was constant supervision when she was present. I’m getting the impression that Jenny thinks child sex abuse always happens in front of witnesses.

I believe Jenny when she said she told Danny Wu, a much more detailed story, a story that hasn’t changed for 17 years. But it only confirms that Danny Wu manipulated the footage and audio he had of her, and only included the bits that made Jackson look like an angel and Gavin a liar.
This shouldn’t come as a surprise. Danny Wu does this concerning Jackson’s splotchy genitalia in his film, and claims along with his sidekick, Charles Thomson, that Jackson did have markings on his genitalia, and Jordan Chandler and his father simply made a wild stab in the dark, as Jackson suffered from vitiligo.
Charles Thomson states at 1:06: "And also once married to Lisa Marie Presley and about to release the album he appears on Diane Sawyer alongside Lisa Marie Presley and does an interview. And during that interview - although he does not discuss any specifics of the Jordy Chandler case he does say that he's innocent and that there's no evidence to connect him to any crime."
Danny Wu then shows a edited clip of the 1995 Primetime featuring Michael Jackson and his new wife, Lisa Marie Presley, but just one second before Jackson is asked whether there are any markings on his genitalia, Danny Wu cuts the video short.
This is what Jackson is asked and what Danny Wu chose not to include in his film:
DS: How about the police photographs though? How was there enough information from this boy about those kinds of things? MJ: The police photographs? DS: The police photographs. MJ: That they took of me? DS: Yeah. MJ: There was nothing that matched me to those charges. There was nothing. LISA MARIE PRESLEY : There was nothing they could connect to him. MJ: That's why I'm sitting here talking to you today. There was not one iota of information that they found, that could connect me... DS: So when we heard the charges... MJ: There was nothing... DS: ...markings of some kind? MJ: No markings. DS: No markings? MJ: No.

Of course, Danny Wu, along with Charles Thomson didn’t include the part about Jackson denying there were markings on his genitalia, because firstly, it would destroy their theory that Jordan and his father made a wild stab in the dark, based on his vitiligo, and secondly, it would have proved that Jackson openly lied to millions of people on national television.
A 30+-year-old man who has been accused of child molestation openly lying on national television isn’t a good look, is it? And Jackson stans actually believe that Square One is factual, rather than a horrible mismatch of misinformation.
Update
On 24 February, 2020, Jenny Winings posted a couple of tweets mocking Oprah Winfrey for having a friendship with Harvey Weinstein, now officially a convicted rapist.
Jenny tweeted: "Hey @Oprah I am so happy for your BFF to get what he deserves. How does it feel to be friends with a CONVICTED RAPIST? You see the magic word there? CONVICTED. Oh, you dont want to talk about it? Shocking. It will be his legacy now and you will always be connected to him. #karma."
Of course, this personal attack was only directed at Oprah Winfrey because of her support for Leaving Neverland and its subjects James and Wade. Jenny didn’t mock any of Weinstein’s former powerful and famous friends, including the Obama’s.
Perhaps Jenny likes to put herself on a pedestal, and at least pretend that she’s a glowing example of how society should behave, but here’s the irony (and there’s always a lot of irony with Jacko stans).
Despite her disgust at Oprah for socialising with a rapist, even though Oprah knew nothing about his crimes, Jenny herself had no problem socialising with Thomas Mesereau, a man who has defended multiple rapists, such as Mike Tyson and Bill Cosby.
While promoting the misinformation and victim shaming documentary Square One, Jenny looks pleased as punch standing next to Thomas Mesereau, after he defended Bill Cosby, a convicted rapist who drugged and sexually assaulted up to 60 women.
Yes, I know. Thomas Mesereau was just doing his job, right? Jenny is not a hypocrite for socialising with him? Well, yes and no. Thomas Mesereau is fully entitled to defend whoever he likes, but that doesn’t mean he is exempt from having a moral compass or empathy, nor should his behaviour be exempt from criticism, both inside and outside of the courtroom.
Thomas Mesereau, along with his sidekick, Kathleen Bliss, called Cosby’s victims pretty much every name under the sun, including “failed starlets”, “golddiggers” and “moralless” women. The attack was so brutal, the prosecution stated this is the reason why so many sexual abuse survivors do not disclose their abuse.
Here is the worst part. Thomas Mesereau was fired by Bill Cosby, after he was convicted of rape, but still chooses to defend him and calls the disgraced comedian’s trial a “Travesty of Justice” and blames the Me Too movement. And this is coming from a 69-year-old man, who loves to repeatedly remind people that Jackson was found “not guilty” via the very same court system that convicted Cosby, Tyson and Suge Knight, another vile criminal that Mesereau chose to defend.
So yeah, according to Jenny Oprah is a bad woman for socialising with Harvey Weinstein before his crimes were exposed, but Jenny isn’t a bad woman for socialising with a defence lawyer who willingly chooses to sympathise with a convicted rapist.
